What is our Refund policy?

We provide a 7 days window for you to test our services and the Martech platforms, post which a refund is not eligible. If for any reason you are not satisfied with our services, we will refund you, your subscription amount within 7 days time, minus the respected country taxation charges.

How long does the Refund takes to reflect in my account?

Once the Refund is requested, we initiated the same immediately, it might take 2 to 3 working days to reflect in your account. The Refund is done on the same bank and account, that is use to subscribe our services

What are your criterias for the refund?

If due to any reason you are not satisfied with our services then we will deactivate your account and also you will not be able to use any of our creative collaterals/serivces produced during the 7 days trial period.

What is the amount refunded?

The amount that will be refunded is your subscription plan rate minus the taxes or bank charges as applicable.
